Apartment's location is stunning and comfy, within walking distance of Avenida dos Aliados. We would come here again, had no complaints...

I recently stayed at Olival 54 Apartments in Porto for a few days. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and they provided us with a helpful list of things to visit in the city. We were also able to leave our bags after checkout, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The location was central, right next to the Jardin, a popular spot for sunset watching. a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Olival 54 Apartments was lit! The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean. It was so close to all the hype places we wanted to visit, like Sandeman Cellars and Real Companhia Velha Cellars. We had a blast exploring Porto and coming back to our cozy pad. The views from the windows were fire! Plus, the host Aderito was mad cool and always there to help us out.

The only thing we would've asked for is a sick party vibe around the apartment. We're young and love to turn up, so having some dope places to hang out and meet people in the area would've been a major plus.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is very close to the old town and in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are excellent, with a shower that provides strong water pressure. The host is very communicative and responsive, making sure all our questions were answered promptly.

There was some noise from the surrounding buildings, which is to be expected in such a central location.

The view from our apartment was breathtaking, and the owner provided excellent advice for exploring the city. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions and cafes nearby.

Our stay was marred by the lack of sound insulation. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at this apartment. The high standard and great location near the old town were jaw-dropping. The service provided by the owner was super, with great contact both before and during my stay. The apartment itself was large, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like wi-fi, an electric kettle, and cookware. The comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like a bottle of port wine, mineral water, and a cookie made me feel like a VIP. The views from the top floor were stunning, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot weather. The helpfulness of the owner, who even provided umbrellas when it rained, was truly exceptional. I can't wait to return one day and experience this amazing property again. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. Plus, the location was convenient with restaurants nearby.

The presence of a heater was also a comfort. I would definitely return to Olival 54 one day.

Sound Insulation: Noise from neighboring apartments was easily audible, making it hard to relax in complete tranquility.

I always come back for my stay. Staff helped me find transport. This place suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning available. Paid airport shuttle is a plus. Flat-screen TV and VIP check-in/out. I appreciate the no pets and no smoking policy. Coming back for my holiday.
